In the unlikly event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is as follows.
We have a 28 day returns policy, as long as the item is in original packaging and unworn condition. The cost of returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer ( unless faulty ). We are unable to accept items that have been worn unless they are faulty, please contact us with order number, description of fault and include pictures if possible. All goods are inspected on return. Any refund will be processed within 3 working days of item back in our possession. We will email you when we have processed the refund.
Items returned for a refund that are part of an offer or contributed to a multibuy, or any free items, would also need to be sent back with the unwanted item.
Important info, you are responsible for any cost in getting the item back to us ( unless faulty ).

We offer free postage in the event of an exchange.
For our overseas customers, all return costs to be covered by the customer, postage will be charged for any outgoing parcels.
The UK customer contract regulations ( CCR ) advise you have 14 days in which to cancel your contract in order to receive a full refund including postage, not applicable for personalised items.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns of personalised items unless faulty.
